Shelter In Bloom
by Luciana Lasorella
I began this journal March 2020 when I first heard the phrase “Shelter in place.” My waitressing gig was absorbed by the sinking ship of the pandemic, so I found myself the time and melancholy drama most artists need to create. In “Shelter in Bloom,” I document my love for the springtime super bloom of Northern California, my excessive use of cannabis, self love, tits, and growth.Growing a garden is something to look forward to, and in times like these, I’ll take all the seeds I can get.
